Septic & Liquid Waste Disposal for the Greater La Crosse Area

Had my septic tank pumped in the last fall. The gal that answers the phone did a fantastic job with the instructions I gave her about how I thought they should drive in to my property. I have a driveway and property that can be a little challenging. She is very friendly and did a great job relaying the info to the person who pumped the tank. Also she was very helpful and took care of getting the invoice to the county as I got a letter from the county that they never received the paperwork that I sent them. These guys did a great job.

Called A1 for a competitive price on the county mandated pumping. Office gal super kind. Offered Military and Senior discounts which others didn't offer. Prompt service. The guys that came today were knowledgeable about my system and answered all of my questions. Service, timeliness and price all 5/5. Definitely will call them again!

Such an amazing company anytime I call they come out such amazing people and does the job right unlike other companies that we have hired in the past not to mention the pricing in amazing thank you A1 pumping keep up the great work 🤩

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I had this company pump my tanks this summer but my alarm kept going off. I called them and they confirmed they pumped out both tanks. I had a second company come to check everything and they found one of the tanks was never pumped. A-1 denied this even with photo evidence and won't answer back to emails. Don't trust this company.

A-1 took great care of us when we had an emergency on a weekend. It's reassuring to know someone will answer your phone call on a weekend. They were prompt and professional. Thanks Jennifer and Louis for taking great care of us!
